I just upgraded my ram to 16gb and what a difference. Much snappier than the 8gb of ram I had previously installed. I finally have to replace my laptops battery. Are there any suggestions? I have browsed through a lot of different brands claiming different performance increases in amazon.com.

Buy an OEM battery off of iFixit for an apple battery experience, other than that Anker do the only ones worth having and they last about a third as long as apples ones anecdotally from comments here.

If you want a real speed boost an SSD in place of your HDD is the best performance increase you can get.

Thanks for your reply! I forgot to mention I already have an SSD. So its ultra snapp in comparison to what it was.
