Early 2011 Battery Issue?

I've noticed within the past 3 months that my battery life has become utter garbage. I remember being able to sit on a full charge for 5 hours with light web browsing and now I'm getting roughly 2 hours before the battery drains away...

Also the recharge time from 0% to 100% only takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Isn't it supposed to take 3-4 hours for a fully charge?

My battery capacity is at 91%...and has been through 364 cycles. Is this normal or may I have a defective battery?

What OS are you on? 10.8 was pretty harsh on my Early 2011 MBP battery life but 10.8.2 seems to have resolved those issues for me.
