Early 2011 Service batter issue

I have a early 2011 mackpro with Mavericks on it.Since I installed Mavericks it keeps saying Service Battery on the drop down list.My current charge is 5015mah Maximum charge is 5223mah. 96percent.

Battery Capacity.Current Capacity is 5223mah and Design Capacity is 6900mah 76 percent

I have 82 load cycles on it.I don't keep my macbook pro plugged in all the time.Is it time for a new battery?
