Early 2013 15" with dGPU vs haswell with iris?

I boot into windows with bootcamp a few times a day and use a cabinet software called 2020. I got my pro two weeks ago at best buy and am able to return for the new one, would I lose performance with the new $1999 iris integrated from my dGPU hd4000??
