Early 2013 rMBP. When it is connected to a power source and I plug in my 3/8 jack for my external speakers, the machine makes the "Check mail, no new mail" sounds twice, "new mail" sound once, and "mail sent" whoosh sound. it makes all 4 of these sounds immediately in a row. Always the same set of sounds in the same order.
I am not performing these operations in Mail and it isn't sending anything. I have googled a bit but no one seems to have found a fix. Anyone else experiencing this?
