Early 2015 Air SSD idle draw question

I have Early 2015 MBA 7,2 1.6ghz I5 13" updated bootrom 425.0.0.0 OSX-Catalina 10.15.7 8gb ram-2tb XPG ADATA SX8200 Pro SSD w/small Sintech adapter, and no added kext's or anything. I loaded iStat Menus latest and while idling with the charger connected, it's drawing ~.2A. When I disconnect charger, it almost immediately drops to 0.00A showing. Is this normal behavior for my setup? I'm just wondering if iStat Menus is reporting draw correctly. It's just weird how that data pid and almost all the others in that bottom section related to draw drop to 0 when unplugging the charger. I'm looking for someone with similar hardware setup to validate what I'm seeing. Thanks.

Of course... I tried unplugging it again while watching all data pids and it stays steady.. figures... I've loaded iStat a few times before and always have seen it drop to 0 after unplugging. This is the first time it seemed to act "normal" to me.

And, of course, I plugged and unplugged a few times here, and it stayed steady in the bottom pid's with draw. I then unplugged my OWC Thunderbolt dock with 24" monitor-mouse-kbd, and it dropped to 0 soon after. Then I plugged the dock back in and it has since stayed at 0. Doesn't seem iStat Menus works well... Any thoughts?
