There & Back Again
Hey all, just wondering if anyone else on the forum is having an issue where randomly their wifi will drop.

This has been happening on my MacBook Pro on different networks. For no rhyme or reason, the wifi will disconnect and start searching, and I have to wait until it reconnects, or it won’t at all and I have to manually pick the network I was just on.

It’s making me crazy. On the latest version of macOS, been happening for the past 6 months.

I’m getting so frustrated. Next step will be a wipe and reload...

yep me. I have MacBook Air tho. and have noticed that the wifi drops for no reason when im switching users. takes a good 2-3 minutes to reconnect. my iMac does not do that just MacBook Air. it's aggravating too. have tried different networks and have tried hotspot does it on all.

What year is your MBA? Just curious.

It's so infuriating! I'm working on some large projects with some intense timelines, but as soon as they wrap up I'm going to reformat and see if that helps. If it doesn't I'm going to send it in with AppleCare.
