Early Termination Fee = 175$ ?

Hi,

I have 2 questions.

Are there now some details about the ETF. Is it $175 or did ATT increased that one for the iPhone?

And does the warranty apply worldwide or just for the US? Same question for the extended warranty (AppleCare).

I seem to recall it is $175 which is nothing if you consider that is only ~ 2 months service cost.
