my second line with AT&T is still on contract until 9/29. but I plan to port the number to verizon when I buy iphone 5 at Sam's club this Friday 9/21.

- does porting number to verizon automatically close the second line on AT&T
- if so, how much AT&T charge for terminating early?


any other options to port without closing second line early?

Yes, porting your number cancels your line on AT&T. The ETF is $325 minus $10 for each full month of service.
