Early Upgrade For iPhone 5s (ATT)

I would like to know if it would be possible for AT&T customer to pay early termination fee (around 200 something) in order for me to upgrade my iPhone 5 to 5s?
You should be able to do an early upgrade at $449/$549/$649 if it has been at least six months before your purchase of the iPhone 5.
Why do this. Seriously, just go contract-free and stop getting subsidized phones. Buy unlocked phones whenever you want, and pay lower monthly bills. T-Mobile has excellent unlock plans. Never pay another outrageous termination fee.

I have tried t-mobile in the past and in my area I always had a problem with signal coverage. I would consider to switch once they expand their network
It takes effect when your order is processed for the discounted phone. However, you should have 30 days to return the phone, which would cancel the contract extension.
Your iPhone 5 sim will work until you activate the sim on the iPhone 5S. You could probably swap the sim from your iPhone 5 to the iPhone 5S too. You have automatically been renewed for an additional 2 years plus the $36 upgrade fee.
I actually tried to order iPhone 5s through apple but it seem that I'm not eligible for an early upgrade(I have to pay at the fell price) even though I have my iPhone 5 since the launch date.

Dial*new# from your keypad and see what it says about your being able to do an early upgrade which is not a full upgrade. An early upgrade you have to pay at $250 additional fee
