Just thought I would pass on that I have had really good service from Apple, Iv read they were meant to be good with customer service but never experienced it. I phoned O2 because all of a sudden my microphone on my iphone earphones stopped working, spoke to two people that accused me of "maliciously damaging them" and said they do not replace accessories! They suggested phoning apple to see what they would do! Two seconds on the phone to apple and the guy just said "ok, no problem! Lets get ur details and they will be in the post!!" They put a hold on ur credit card incase u dnt send the faulty ones back but apart from that could not really ask for more!
