Hi,

I am after a pair of earphones at around the £100/$160 price bracket which have a built in remote allowing me to skip tracks.

I have found plenty which allow me to pause and play tracks but skipping is proving difficult to find. Only ones ive seen so far are the dr dre beats which have a reputation of being massively overpriced.

Any recommendations?

Cheers

skipping is done with the center button twice, volume control is the only addition with the three button remotes.

double and triple clicking can be a bit hard with the stock apple 3 button rocker without adjusting volume, (seemed a similar problem with the beats when i tried them out in Best Buy) i'm a little averse to rockers in any case. I prefer 3 individual buttons.

im also curious what other options are out there but in the $100 range. I know theres a couple from Scosche, Denon, Ultimate Ears. I'm interested to know about the new headsets that sennheiser just brought out.

I second the Klipsch Image S4i. They perfectly fit your description and budget.

Skullcandy 50/50. Lots of colors, mic, skip track, volume, etc. only $50, and have case and lifetime skullcandy warranty/replacement.

Sennheiser CX 880i

Sennheiser just released their CX 880i in ear headphones with remote control+mic for about 100 € = 140 US$ =87 Pounds

looks promising and had I a good history with sennheiser products.

maybe worth considerating for you too>
