Earpiece rattle? (iP4)

Anyone experiencing what I can only describe as maybe a blown earpiece? The one that's built into the phone itself, not the headphones. When I'm talking with someone, even if I lower the volume, occasionally the earpiece will have an odd rattle and it's really distracting and becoming quite annoying. Just what I want to do... exchange my brand new phone when I'm sure there's ZERO at the local Apple store.

are you headbanging while on the phone? ... i don't know how you'd hear a ratlle while on the phone....

i have noticed the sleep wake button from the bumper case rattles tho ..
