Just today, the volume on my earpiece has become very soft. To the point I have difficulty hearing anyone on the phone with even the slightest external noise. I haven't been rough on the phone and it is in pretty good condition. Only minor scratches on the back of the phone to the metal casing. Anyone know of known issues with the volume? I got mine on the original release date if that matters...
