Yes, I know that the iPhone 3G is practically a 5 year old phone and I don't plan on purchasing the new iPhone 5 anytime soon since I'm either getting the Touch or the Nano, but for some reason, whenever I plus my EarPods into my 3G, all the middle control button works but the volume button does not work, same thing goes for the Mic, the Mic does not work when I try to use it with my 3G, is this just because the 3G is old and EarPods are not fully compatible with the 3G or is there a resolution to this problem?
