Earpods that came with my iPhone 5 are scratching my ear

Hi!
I just got the iPhone 5 and I love so far! Only the battery was draining fast! But a restore and setup like a new iPhone and it was perfect! but now the problems began to show, because the new earpods are scratching my left ear but the right are fine.... When I look at them it look likes the left one isn't fully "maked" but the right are....

Have any of you seen anythings like that ?
I'm gonna call Apple and see what they can do.....

Defective accessories are also covered under the one year warranty.

Okay, im Gonna try... But i brought it at a Danish carrier called TDC can I still go to Humac that is a premium reseller in Denmark? Or should i go to TDC?

Assuming there are no official Apple stores in Denmark I suspect you will need to go back to the place you got the phone from in this case TDC.

Are you serious with this question? Take a freaking emery board and file the part that's bothering your ear. There is no need to return them unless you can't "fix" it yourself.
