The right speaker on my EarPods has stopped working, so I'm just wondered if they're covered by apple care, they were included with my iPhone when I bought it, rather than being bought separately, so I wasn't she whether or not they've covered?

They're junk anyway, do yourself a favor and spring for some better ones.

Your ears will thank you.

Yes they would still be covered under the one year warranty (even if you didn't buy extra AppleCare).

Some people like good audio quality and decent won't cut it.

Decent compared to the old ones, yes, and they're actually not half bad for the price. They're really not great though - spend £30-40 and you'll get much better sound .
