Now that Apple will be releasing the iPad 2 for sale internationally in less than 24 hours, do you believe that customers in the US will have an easier chance at finding and buying one here in the States?

I ask this because since it will be for sale internationally, I think that the number of "scalpers" and resellers wanting to get an iPad 2 for profit purposes will decrease.

I disagree and it will probably be harder to get in my opinion. Now that it's internationally, there is even more demand for it. More iPad's will have to be made, and there is no way they're able to keep up with all the demand. So for a month or so, I don't think things will change much. After that it may start to settle down.

I don't think China is on tomorrow's release list, so I doubt if that will deter the biggest scalping group in major cities.

And I don't see Russia on the list either.

But this also means that iPads can be purchased in other countries other then the U.S. This could potentially reduce the number of resellers buying in the states. For example, Australia is launching tomorrow, which is a lot shorter flight to Hong Kong and China then it is from here.
