easier syncing

OK, I've had it... Apple is intentionally making syncing with
devices.
This morning it took me 5 times to sync my music library to my Iphone 8
and this for only like three songs.
instead of sync... the iphone playlists should show and you can drag
directly to the iphone..
And I don't know why, but I do down load songs M4a that will not
transfer to my music app or to Iphone and m4a is native apple!
This whole situation is very annoying to say the least

As someone who still syncs music to their devices, the only thing I've noticed is that the process gets slower and slower with every iOS or iPad OS update. My 2020 iPad Pro used to sync in about 45 seconds, that now takes a solid 3 minutes. Since updating to iOS 16, my phone (13 pro) also takes about twice as long to sync than it did on iOS 15.

I guess at least we still can sync to our devices?
