Easier way to sign and use signatures in Preview (or anything else)?

I know that Preview has a annotation feature where I can insert my (trackpad drawn) signature, but it there another way in Preview or really just about any other app to just plop down the signature, title, name, and current date? I'm finding that I'm signing documents this way a lot these days, working remotely, and it's a giant pain (first world problem, I know) to insert the signature cleanly, but then have to add a text field, customize it to name/title/date... rinse repeat.
