Easiest and best wine app?

I'm looking for an app that will let me remember my wine experiences... When I order a bottle at a restaurant or drink one at home, I want to be able to...

- Take a pic of the label
- Rate it
- Note the price I paid
- Where (what restaurant)
- Make a couple of comments

Then I can use this info when I see that wine on the list at another restaurant to gauge value/suitability for the meal and also remember good wines when I'm at the store restocking my wine rack.

What do you other winos use?

I use Cellar for (as the name suggests) detailing what I have in my wine cellar/what I buy out that I really enjoy. Wine Ratings is good for, well ratings on wines that you might consider buying.

Out of the two, I'd definitely choose Cellar if I could have just one.
