Easiest and Hassle-Free way to JB AT&T iPhone 4, 4.2.1, 03.10.01?

Hi guys,

I have a black iPhone 4 on AT&T and I want to jailbreak it. Its on the 4.2.1 OS and has a baseband of 03.10.01.

I want the process to be as quick and as painless as possible. Is there a tutorial I can follow somewhere which can guide me through how to do this? The only time I have ever jailbroken an iPhone was a 3G, and I just used Spirit which did it in like 10 seconds, haha.

What ever jailbreak tool you use, it jailbreaks the current iOS that your device is on.

Jailbreaking doesn't downgrade/upgrade software.
