Easiest way to consolidate iPhoto and Aperture libraries to Photos

I have old iPhoto libraries and my current Aperture library. I've also just starter using Photos for importing. I didn't use many of the features Aperture offers, so no edited photos or anything. I just want to consolidate everything. I don't really use my photos for anything other than archiving.

What's the easiest way?

iPhoto and Photos are not able to merge libraries, but Aperture can. So, import your iPhoto library into Aperture and merge it with your existing library. Then, convert that to Photos.
