I've been put in charge of creating a wedding photo montage, which features i) bunch of photos of me growing up, ii) photos of my fiancé growing up, iii) photos of us together. I've created three albums in iPhoto 11 and figured I'd just generate a slideshow. For some reason the slideshow seems to start from the last photo in each album rather than the first and different themes play the photos in different sequences... is there a setting to adjust this?
So in order to add titles and edit the three slideshows together, is the best way to basically export to quicktime, then import in iMovie? Is there a way to import directly in iMovie without loss of quality? I've read that iDVD has nice wedding templates, but for some reason it did not come with my new macbook air. Is it worth purchasing a copy just for this purpose? Any other software to consider for the task?
