I have one that has a slight negative black issue. I don't want to bother to be honest with the genius because they will probably say it is within spec and will refuse to swap it out.

What's the best thing to say to get a swap on the spot?

I already exchanged one by telling them the battery life had issues, but I doubt he will believe me if I give him the same reason.

Find a way to break the ringer switch, move it out of place. I think it's glued down or something. Some people had their replaced for that issue.

Is the negative black really bad. If it is they should replace on the spot.If you say it's a battery problem they may test it and your going to have to go with no iphone. Cause that what happen to me. They ran a battery test on my 2G iphone. Also try not to get the same genus you had when you exchanged your iphone. That helps allot.

yeah but i might get the same genius.... the negative black is slight and debatable. But it's definitely there to my eyes.

hmmmm i dunno.
