whats the easiest way to install tap tap revolution on a ipod touch 16gb. will i need to jailbreak it first? ive been reading the tutorials but see nothing about ttr

as with all custom apps for touch you need to jailbreak the touch first, tap tap revolution can be found in the installer program that is installed when you jailbreak your touch

Yes, if your music is on the database. It has about 300 songs from my 1600 song library. Meaning you have to have internet access to play.

A lot depends on how good the track in the database is, but yeah, they feel a lot like Guitar Hero. They're user submitted so the quality varies, but some of them are surprisingly good. It's a fun distraction and a really fun program to show off the Touch to your friends.

Almost all of them are listed as "hard" difficulty: mostly just from people mashing their fingers on. About one out of every five I played had nothing to do with the music, but other than that it was fun.

Once you open up the application (as long as you have Wi-Fi), just click on iTunes Library. It will automatically search their database, showing your matching song results.
