I recorded my brother's band's set the other day. I wanted to put it up on youtube but its just under 2 hours worth of video. I made the clips into one big .mov. Whats the easiest way to break that .mov file up into 10 minute segments?

Or should I just manually go through and find breaks around the 10 minute marks and export those clips straight to youtube? That last process just seems like it'll take a bit of time. I was hoping for something more cookie cutter-esque. Thanks!

If you have or if you buy quicktime pro, you can trim it and save new clips that are ten minutes in length.

Do one song at a time.

Use iMovie if yur a mac user.

Use windows movie maker if your a knob :D ahem, windows user.

(There are better editors around, but it sounds like yur a noob at movie editing so...)

download YAMB, look for the logo that looks like a foot.

it'll break up the vids in whatever interval you want and output them where you want. super easy.

Hope that helps.
