What is the easiest way to make a 360 degree panorama of like a room and add into an iweb site so you can use your mouse to view the entire room in 360 degrees....thanks!

Not sure of the 'easiest way' but I've done a few panoramas.
Basically you put your camera on a tripod (ideally with a special head that mounts the camera and lens about it's nodal point - but not essential if you are not too worried about quality) in the middle of your room. You then shoot a series of overlapping shots around the horizontal. You then 'stitch' these together in some software (I use PT Gui but it's fairly complicated) then export from that a flat jpg that I then bring into another bit of software (PanO2VR) to create either a QuickTimeVR or a Flash file that can be then inserted into a web site.
Certainly not easy but can produce some fantastic results!
You can find some useful info on this forum.
