Easiest way to print?

Got my ipad recently and I have 2 different wifi enabled printers. I downloaded the Epson print app, but I'm limited to what I can print. Is there a way I can have full access to printing whatever I want by downloading an app? I've seen a few printing apps, but don't want to pay for one unless I know it's reliable and I can print without saving to gmail/evernote/dropbox. Thanks
