Easiest way to transfer movies to Ipad?

New Ipad 2 owner here and was wondering if you all could point me in the right direction. How do you get your movie files to your Ipad? I used Goodreader and Dropbox to take care of my pdf collection but the movies take so long for Dropbox to handle.

If your movies are in iTunes compatible format, just sync them through iTunes. If not, and you are using one of the apps that play non-iTunes formats, hook up your iPad to iTunes, go to the apps tab, scroll down, and there's a section there where you can add files to your apps.

Buzz Player allows the same thing. Sync via the Apps Tab in iTunes or enable sharing in the Buzz Player and upload via WiFi
