Easiest way to upload pictures and put then in a reply. HELP MWAH
 
On the 'Reply to Thread' screen, if you look down the options there's an 'Attach Files' option – this will allow you to attach images in a variety of formats to your post. If memory serves, you can attach up to five images per post.

For example...
