Hi Guys,
I had jailbroken a 1.1.3 itouch 8gb recently and had to restore it because of something,
When i tried to jailbreak it back to 1.1.3 again i had a whole load of problems doing it the normal way ie: 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 then to 1.1.3
it just wouldn work.
But i tried this new ziphone thing and it worked like a treat!
All you have to do is leave your iphone in 1.1.3 firmware or restore it to that,
you dont have to do anything to it except put it in restore mode, i think the program will if you forget anyway but just to be safe
You download ziphone from here,
http://rapidshare.com/files/92429912/ZiPhone.zip
Im sure you can get it somewhere else if this fails,
Then you open up the " ZiphoneGUI.exe " file
A window will pop up
Mark the jailbreak and verbose boot boxes
and click start,
Next your itouch screen will go black and a whole load of writing will appear,
Let it do its thing and in a min or two your done!
Easy as that!
You will then see the installer icon on your itouch homepage,
Note-i had to do it twice because didnt work first time for some reason
I've heard that this doesnt work on all 16gb for some reason,
i believe that it also works with 1.1.4 but i havent tried it and it seems to be able to unlock iphones aswell,i havent tried it though as i havent got one lol,
Hope you find this helpful
