Easy as Pie ordering.

I have to say this was the easiest ordering of a launches ,the iPad app was working before the Apple Store was up.

This was the smoothest ever in my experience .
What was yours like?

If there was a blurb stating "the shipping address will be populated from your cell phone carrier, and if it is not accurate, edit your profile with your phone carrier", it would have helped me out a lot since I just moved.

Other than that, I agree. Was extremely smooth and easy to order. Apple.com was being a pain with Safari, but opened right up a couple minutes after midnight in Firefox.

That's your reservation.

Just means they have received it and you have a place in line.

The status can and will change as they move toward order verification and finally shipping.

new ATT accts like myself don't have the Apple app as an option which is really dumb.

I used my iPad app, for the first time, it was working before the store was open!
Have to give it to Apple, this was the fastest and easiet yet.

Took just under 5 mins to upgrade my two iphones.
Love the apple.com servers

app only worked if you had an upgrade.. if you wanted to add a line you could try store, kept telling me I didnt have an account lol..

It says in your SIG you have an iPad, which can get the Apple Store app. Which is really dumb.

I had trouble getting through at the apple site but the upgrade order for a black 64gb went right through at the AT&T site with Delivery on the 21st
