Easy iWeb Publisher problem

I designed a website in iWeb and publish via a free web host. I use Easy iWeb Publisher to upload changes. It has worked fine for several months but now when I try and upload it says it can't find remote directory or fail to upload file: index.htmal at /Users/

It worked perfectly fine before and I haven't done anything different, what the heck is going on???
