Easy switching proxy server service... I forgot the name

After spending the last 30 mins or so trying to find the name of the service I'm looking for on Google I'm coming to the boards.

I recall seeing it a few months ago and thinking "Oh that's neat, I'll look it up when I need it". Now that I need it, I can't find it :-(

The service has Proxy servers in the USA, UK, Canada, Sweden, etc. and comes with an application that allows you to easily switch from server to server by clicking on the flag of the country you want. Pricewise it was in the $2-3 range (I think).

Does anyone have any idea of what I'm talking about or did I dream the whole thing?
