Easy way to Install HTC theme??

Hey guys Im new to jailbreaking and I wanted to know if there was an easy way to install the HTC theme on my iphone 4 with 4.2.1 ( im looking for the flip clock on top with the weather ) Thanks in advance! Is there a theme just to install or do I have to go through all the motions with iblank, editing etc etc..

I use the HTC widget HD, no icon shadow, iblank, and ifile to edit the weather location. Really pretty simple.
