What I used to do was run ads in craigslist for computer services such as setting up new computer, removing virus, reformatting pc, ect... Things that some people are not comfortable doing and usually charged about $25 an hour, or a flat rate if they wanted to drop off and pick up. I made some business cards and handed them out and a couple of years later people are still calling me up. Its not easy or dependable money but it helps pay the bills.

Is there a easy way for a 14 year old to make money?
A job.
The computer repair idea is a good one, particularly if there aren't others like it in your area. People will pay through the nose to get their electronics fixed. House cleaning is something else that can pay very well. When our last house cleaner stopped working, I simply took over the job, and regularly get paid $60 to clean our house.
Dish washing can also make you good money. While you generally only get paid minimum wage, there are always jobs available, and, if it's a good restaurant, you'll get a cut of tips, which is always nice as well.

For a 14 yr old...try the many types of manual labor. Cutting grass, building stuff, retail, painting, cleaning things, data entry, etc.

Have you thought about stealing? I know illegal but still, easy money but high risk.

Easy + Make Money = impossible.

Even the stock market is not easy if you're not sure what you're doing.

Many people believe they can sit around and it will just be handed to them. If you want that find yourself a sugar daddy or mommy ... depending upon your persuasion.

Buy multipack canned drinks, or multipack chocolate bars, and sell them at your school for the same price as a single can. Earned myself a nice little Macbook doing it.

If you look back at some of the older threads underage people did asking about jobs ...

We usually told them to start a business. Stuff like mowing lawns, cleaning pools, cleaning garages/yards, etc.

Just make sure you have them sign a contract, with the scope of the work and the pay in their.

Always charge more for the first time, and less for the returns on stuff like lawn and pool care.

mow lawns...that's what i did...i made a decent amount of money at when i was kid too
