Easy way to organize RSS feeds?

I'm using ReadKit, with an offline feed, but there seems to be no way for me to organize the order of folders containing RSS feeds. Can someone recommend me an app or method on how to do so?

I use http://bazqux.com to handle my feeds, and then display them using http://vienna-rss.org as the app.

I use ReadKit with Feedly sync and it seems to sort the folders alphabetically. Is yours not doing that? I added A) B) C) etc in front to the names to get them to sort like I want.
