Easy way to update iWeb site without uploading a whole folder?

I am getting frustrated because of the way iWeb labels my blog folders and I am not willing to sift through each folder just to find out which one I need to update. I don't use an .mac account and upload via ftp using Fetch. There is no easy update option and I end up having to update the whole blog folder, which takes quite some time.
Does anyone know of an easier way to just update my site via ftp so that I don't have to overwrite my blog folder everytime?
