Just released a new iOS app for people who need to keep track of vehicles called EasyALPR. (Easy Automated License Plate Reader)
I'm really interested in feedback from folks here, if anyone wants a free standard subscription, just PM me with your email address and I'll upgrade your account.
Download the app, sign up and point it at a license plate. The app will draw a green box around it, upload the image and perform optical character recognition on the letters and numbers.
You can view all your scan results on https://easyalpr.com on desktop or a mobile browser.
