48 other people and myself included bought an Apple Pencil from this eBay listing yesterday for $29.00 USD plus shipping (In my case the shipping cost is $2.00 USD). Is this deal too good to be true? (Obviously). So what is the catch? Comes to mind. Maybe I’m missing something? Have at it...

Fewer pieces of feedback than items sold plus a delivery estimate of up to a month would be enough to persuade me to move on – it's hard not to suspect some sort of catch even if it wasn't clear what.

Considering it is last years pencil - it won’t work with the new ipad pros - and that it’s fleabay land of fraudsters - I would run the other way

I’ve been refunded. According to ebay, the seller's account was hacked so they sent out notices.

Seeing as I needed last years Pencil for a Gen 6 ipad, things worked out great. Costco had a decent price for the pencil
