eBay: iMac = monitor??

Just a funny little mistake on the part of eBay...on their homepage image, they have the iMac G5 listed as a monitor, rather than an entire computer...

Thick monitor? My Dell 17" LCD is 2" thick at it's thickest part (which covers about 80% of the back of the monitor anyway). Extend that to the edge and it would be barely any smaller than the 17" iMac.

Very funny. The problem is that people unfamiliar with Mac won't realize the mistake. That is probably how that ad occurred.

Has anyone noticed that if you step back and look at the iMac as a monitor it is pug ugly but if you look at it as what it is (a computer) it isn't half bad?

I have a Dell 1702FP and a 17" iMac and they're about the same size, except the Dell monitor is powered by a big Dell PC under the table.
