I think you should have asked this of the seller before buying. It would seem odd that they would remove the OS Disks, but It could happen I guess.

Id ask them (remembering if it said that and its true they would not have to refund you if they didnt want to)

Oops, missed that. Yeah, I think you're ok. Apparently they detailed the specifics in the listing text, but failed to specify the operating system while setting up the listing. I think you have nothing to worry about.

Lol i hope so, i should have it tuesday so ill let you know :p
My first ever mac so should be a good experience

Lol btw, first thing im gonna do when i get is MORE RAMMMMZZZZ :p

No operating system included would be my first clue that the laptop might be stolen. I have seen it before.

Good, well as soon as i get round to it, i will ring apple and like enquire about warranty, hopefully when i give them my serial number they will say your warranty has 1 year left lol, not Your laptop is stolen. id be like "Umm well, oh, but..."

Yep using it, and was exactly like it said in the description, Brand new and sealed, never opened, its brilliant i love it, just annoyed at a few things like not getting sound when playing avi's, cant fix it lol, as for the Operating System not included thing, well that was aload of rubish, i think thats why no one had it before me.

Umm, if it was "exactly like it said" then there would have been no operating system. Guess the seller isn't the only one who doesn't always type what they mean. ;)
