So whenever I try to look at any ebay item, I get this message

Safari can’t open the page.
Safari can’t open the page “http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?from=R40&_trksid=m37&satitle=RRL+bootcut&category0=”. The error was: “cannot decode raw data” (NSURLErrorDomain:-1015) Please choose Report Bugs to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.

I've done everything from resetting safari to resetting my PMU... nothing works...

This has been a problem on all networks as well...

any thoughts?
