Ebay Optibay?

I was looking into getting an optibay, I know they are $100 from macmall. On ebay there are ones for $20 bucks. Has anyone used these, or can they be trusted?


Also does putting one into my macbook void the warranty if I put the optical drive back in before i get it serviced? IS there anyway to know if I have replaced the drive or not

I think the reason why the one from Macmail is so much more expensive, is because it comes with the external casing to put your superdrive in, so you can continue to use it.
