eBay Payment Help

So I sold my 42mm Space Gray sport on eBay for $1,000+. It sold to the VP of product design for a large shoe company. He still hasn't payed after 2 days and won't answer messages. He has included his cell number in his shipping info for eBay. Should I call him directly, or what other steps would you take?

Open a resolution case with eBay. If he doesn't pay within I believe 3 days you get your fees back. You might as well relist it since price is dropping every day as more stock becomes available.

I would just re list it. He's not going to pay. He probably realized he could get it cheaper somewhere else. Anyone who wins one would have paid right away if they wanted it.

My thoughts too. Kind of want to give the Vp of this large company a phone call anyways on his personal line.
