eBay/PayPal UK Physical Address

There have been a load of eBay threads/posts on these forums, mostly involving problems.
I found out last week, by accident, the real physical office location of both eBay and PayPal UK (listed on the eBay site as:
PayPal (Europe) Ltd.

Richmond Upon Thames

In case people want to go along there to complain in person, eBay/PayPal occupies the top floor of the building where Tootsies is, (fronting the River Thames, just downstream of Richmond Bridge).

And when you have complained and are waiting for an answer, I had the world's best Butterscotch Milk Shake in Tootsie's.

Sorry, no. It was only by accident (having the milk shake and talking to the Tootsie's staff) that I found out the address fact-let.

More and more people who have been conned on ebay are going to the police and their banks with their complaints because they are not happy with how Paypal handle things.
Also increasing numbers of people are also seeking recompense via the FSO which is the agency body to which Paypal is governed by.

The phone number of Paypal is 08707 307 191. You need to press option five then option two to be able to speak to somebody.
Their Fax number is 08701321402

Their email address is complaint-response@paypal.com if you have a case going with them just quote your case number when you correspond with them.

Also you could try ppelce@paypal.com which is their executive escalation's department if you want to escalate your case sooner rather than later.

I wrote a letter to Paypal UK before and addressed it to Mr Clarke who is the head of Paypal UK.

Also, if anybody ever needs to contact ebay and are getting no joy then call this number 020 8605 3000 and they will give you the details of where to forward your email to . They will also tell you what you need to include to get a response from ebay usually within 48 hours.
