To all you ebay specialists:

I am selling my old palm on ebay, and I received a question about it today...the potential buyer wanted to know if I could ship to brazil, declare it as a gift and as a used pc part. I understand there's a tax dodge in there, but is this something I should ok? He has good feedback and wants to pay through paypal...

This is a very common scam. Do not ship there. His good feedback is probably because he's jacked someone's account.

You can check that by looking at his location. If he is in Brazil, i would say that it is alright. Also, check on all the feedback that you can to see what he bought and how much it was. Normally scammers with good feedback would sell each othr $0.01 goods in order to increase their feedback
