I recently brought a new MBP and also ordered a wired Mighty Mouse with it.

After about 3 days of use I decided I no longer wanted the Mighty Mouse and so I packed it up and put it back in the box it came in.

I rang Apple to ask for a refund but they said it was too late as it was 12 days after purchase, when it can only be 10.

So I have now decided to put it on ebay, the thing is how much should I try and sell it for? What should the starting price be? The Buy Now Option price and what should be an amount I should be happy with, knowing I haven't been used?

The mouse is basically brand new, its clean, works like new and is in the box with instructions etc.

I purchased it for $69AU, as I am in Australia.

Log in to your eBay account. Then click on "Advanced Search". Type in the item name and check on the "Completed Listings" button. In the search results that show up, pay attention to the green numbers--those are the items that actually sold. That should give you an idea. It doesn't matter if it's "brand new". If it has been opened, it's considered used. Don't expect to get every penny back.
