When I open a ePub file from the email it opens up iBooks but it does not actually open the file itself

Hassle? Bug reporting is, like, *the point* of using betas.

What beta are you running they fixed a issue similar to what your saying in Beta 3. Also if it's to much hassle to report bugs then gtfo the beta.
